1. Abnormal swelling
2. New cracking or clicking from your joints
3. Pain with any movement
4. Joints feel warm or even hot to touch
5. Feeling of a bump or tightness in or around a muscle
Remember, spend extra time stretching, extra time using ice, and extra time asking questions. Safety comes 1st! The best way to avoid an injury is to avoid it from ever happening.
